ZEISS Ultraphot-III Light microscope, equipped with plan
and plan-apochromatic lenses up to 1,000 x final
magnification. The most commonly used contrast
enhancements of transmitted and reflected light are used.
For micrography of motile organisms, a ZEISS Photomicroscope
with attached flash equipment is used.
