Electron microscopy

This electronic sheet from the SMD constructional engineering branch is seen here from a slanted angle. The individual pieces are only a few millimeters in size. In this procedure the components which have tin-plated ends, are laid on the sheet and melted directly onto the circuits in an oven.

In this way it is able to produce extremely flat, small and yet very heavy duty circuits. Colored scanning electron micrograph, Magnification x16.
